Refund Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you feel the roast was not hard enough, not specific enough, or did not give you anything useful, reply directly to the email and we will generate a second roast at no extra cost.

Full Refund

If the second roast still does not meet your expectations, we will refund the full €3 on request. Send an email to hello@roasted.page with the original roast, and we will process the refund within 5 business days.

Automatic Refunds

If we are unable to deliver the roast due to a technical failure on our side (for example, the screenshot service cannot reach your page after retries, or the AI refuses to generate), the refund is processed automatically via Stripe. You will receive both the refund notification and an apology email.

Processing Time

Refunds are issued through Stripe and typically appear on the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Legal Withdrawal Right

Roasted.page provides a fully-executed digital service that is delivered within minutes of purchase. In accordance with French consumer law (Art. L.221-28 1° of the Code de la consommation), by placing your order and receiving the roast, you expressly acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once delivery begins. Our satisfaction guarantee above goes beyond this legal obligation.
