1. Service
Roasted.page is a one-shot service operated by Marco Solutions (SASU) that provides AI-generated written critique of a publicly accessible landing page. A single purchase grants one roast, delivered by email within approximately 2 minutes of payment.
2. No Subscription
Each payment corresponds to one roast. Roasted.page does not operate any subscription, recurring billing, or user account. You do not need to register to purchase a roast.
3. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. If our satisfaction guarantee does not resolve your concern, a full refund is available on request to hello@roasted.page.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to submit URLs for the purpose of:
- Harassing, defaming, or damaging a competitor or third party whose page you do not own or control.
- Content that is illegal, that violates intellectual property rights, or that contains sensitive personal data.
- Pages behind authentication, private networks, or paywalls that you are not authorized to submit.
We reserve the right to refuse service and refund the purchase if a submission violates these terms.
5. Nature of the Roast
The roast is delivered as editorial critique intended as feedback and entertainment. It is not professional marketing, legal, or financial advice, and Roasted.page does not guarantee that following its suggestions will produce any specific business outcome.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by French law, the liability of Marco Solutions (SASU) in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service (€3). We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or reputational harm resulting from acting on the roast.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de commerce de Nice.
